Many important bills are still pending to be cleared because of the ruckus created by the opposition in both upper houses (Rajya Sabha) & the lower house (Lok Sabha). GST has already been kept in the parliament and is more likely to get passed in the coming budget session in February 2015. Insurance bill, Constitution amendment bill, Coal mines bill is yet to get clearance from the Rajya Sabha.
